Very bad experience with the mail forwarding part. Lack of transparency on how it works. We placed a RM100 deposit that can be used to deduct the mail forwarding fees, and there is no way to check the balance on the portal. We are always in the dark — no history of when mail was forwarded, no tracking number after forwarding, and mail from ~2 months ago that has already been forwarded out (although declared lost by Pos Malaysia) still shows in the system as "Uncollected." I have been wary of salesperson in the past and tend to ask many questions before signing up a service, but Lian have helped me in breaking the stereotype. She has been very patience in answering all my questions and no doubt with honesty! No hidden cost or any hidden charges incurred so far like what she said. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah and Lemi as well as some of the other staff and all of them have been very helpful. They took the time to present the various options available based on our needs and also have been providing great after sales service.
