I would recommend carefully considering Shopline’s website services before committing. Initially, I was informed that the platform would be very convenient, but after a few months, I was unexpectedly required to pay a 2% management fee each month, with the risk of the website being closed if I didn’t comply. Super disappointed on Shopline. Poor service. At first, the salesperson mentioned that all the channels can be linked to ease our jobs however, we couldn’t integrated our TikTok(need to print the airway bill separately). Moreover, 2 shops under Shopee were not able to be integrated after using your service for 6 months more and we still did not get any solution. Despite numerous attempts to address the issues we have encountered, the quality of service provided by your company has not met our expectations. 1. Do not use their web order they change their policy keep paying for useless service which u do not require. Best thing they said if we don’t charge extra our company cannot cover the cost after mco which many seller stop using their service. They over charged existing customer. Company expense ask customers to pay. Once u started their service they will change policy this need to charge that need to charge.
