I placed an order on DrAnywhere Marketplace on 25 Dec, which was only marked as shipped out from a local address on 11 Jan by this fulfillment company. Despite multiple assurances from their staff, since 3 Jan, as of 18 Jan the order is still nowhere to be seen. Even my taobao order placed later and sent via SEA shipping has arrived. Furthermore, the order is for perishable medical goods and i have no confidence in their storage conditions for such a long delivery period, assuming the order is not lost. Would not recommend anyone to order anything from here, ever.

i received a parcel last night and the parcel was sooooo light. i open up, its empty and it only have a piece of sssshit .. oops, is a piece of small cardboard 🤬 and i did received FACEBOOK PM from NINJA VAN saying that the item was delivered. i have checked all the online shopping platform and there is NO parcel waiting to deliver or mayb is from carousell but the seller claim they don use ninja van services OR etc which i dont remember but the parcel did have my name, number n address.. i google SCI and call them but no answer until now, i email them, same no respond. is this company a S

I responded to an ad, to do simple task, liking a Tiktok video. Yes, I got paid $2 per like. I earn $20 per day. On 6th April 2022, I was invited to do a repurchase task. This repurchase task is I need to buy a product, but the product will not send to me. The merchant just need a sales data. The amount will be refunded back to me with commission. So I did 2 of such tasks. Yes, I received the refund with commision. So the next day, I did a repurchase task again, the third one. Somehow, their 'system' shows that I can be upgraded to a VVIP. Unprofessional in their quality of service as a B2B ecommerce enabler service provider. Not only were they unable to admit that they do not have the skillset and ability to deliver on what they pitch they can do, but instead turn around and insult your business to save their own face.

Company doesn't believe in quality goods, only in getting stuff for cheap. That's what you get for having a China culture. Cheap labor, cheap goods, cheap slaves.
