I'm really appreciate for their service during my luncheon reception. Kelly and the design team is so helpful in give me suggestion and guidance. they really give me very good support and peace of mind when come to design. i will recommend their service to my friend who will need it in future.

What you pay is NOT what you get. Upsetting experience with wrong welcome board on actual wedding day. They can’t deliver what it claimed to be. Quality of work is below expectation. If you desire of having a very beautiful wedding seen on social media, this is definitely NOT the go-to vendor.

Quick response when i am trying to reach them, easy to communicate, if communicate via call is much more easier Professional team to setup the decoration on our actual wedding day, able to correct the one letter mistake of groom name on welcome board in time. Jason and team provided so much help as our booking is around 3 weeks left from our actual wedding day, they still managed to make it within a short period of time, kudos to them. Also, Jason did suggested us to add on the parcan light, making our backdrop looks more complete at night.

Good service from the team, great deco. Generally it's a pleasant encounter with Prostage.
