Terrible experience. We hired this company for our wedding videography — they completely ruined it. Communication was a mess from day one. They changed our videographer days before the wedding without inform. We never received our full wedding video — only a 4-minute short clip. Their excuse? The hard disk broke. No backups. Unbelievable. They kept delaying and giving false promises for over a year. In the end, they stopped replying and avoided all responsibility. NOT RECOMMEND this company.

My husband and I were so pleased and lucky to have received the service from this company. They went above and beyond to help us to get the best photography for our ROM. We were truly impressed with the quality of the photos we received. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Their photographer, Aaron was one of the best and professional photographers we have ever met. We had a great experience with him on our ROM day! Thank you for the service and results! I wanted some simple but nice ROM shots and many people recommended Frezmo Frame, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I'm quite happy with what I received - the photos were nice and even the photos my friends and family took were nice because the photographer helped us pose. Service has been warm, helpful and very prompt - and they're willing to do edits if you ask. I even took the makeup + photo package for convenience and I'm happy with the end result. Would recommend them for people looking for a hassle-free experience :)

His arrogance makes us think he is capable of taking nice photos, but we doubt his self confidence. I can’t disagree that he has some skills in taking nice photos, but I think for events EQ is quite important in general. He can always find the best possible ugly angle, weird and exaggerate facial expression and double chins for all the pretty girls. Everyone doubted own makeup skills after viewing the photos. I’m not sure how to share out the photos to my friends and family, even I feel angry for them for such photos (for sure I feel angry looking at my own photos too). It’s always not easy t

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great experience with warm treatment from the team. Instructions and advice is given properly and in fast manner. Photographer Aaron is there to help and funny at same time making the whole experience is great. Admin, Ms Sam is running the show behind the scene perfectly. Most importantly the outcome is amazing. The angle, colour and style of the photo exceeded my expectation. This is the kind of service everyone is looking for. Definitely will recommend to other or look for them when i get married again (lol joking) 🤪
