Upfront Models & Production

My daughter has been a model with Upfront for coming 3 years now. Watson is an amazing agent, booker and director. He assured me that my daughter was in good hands and has potential to be a versatile model. This year, I visited her at her first Bridal walk at MBS, Watson truly impressed me. I never knew my daughter had it in her to walk a bridal show. I am so proud of her and thankful that Watson saw this potential in her. Thank you Watson, you are truly a great boss. incompetent and useless. you sign a contract for a couple years only to get no jobs whatsoever with no way out. don’t get stuck here. if you want to be a real model and are starting out don’t waste your time here. in 2-3 years, only went to 1 (ONE) casting. also did some test shoots (which were really bad btw and was never able to use them). the manager was nice tho no problems with him just the agency as a whole is the problem. don’t waste your time in a contract that doesn’t do anything for you while wasting your model days, check out other agencies first. after finally being able to leav

I honestly think the misconception of a "Best agency" these days is misconstrued with the fact that people have their preferences and for me, I've never once doubted the agency's capabilities. Nothing short of professional. Led by a director that always ensures maximum competence in their dealings, the Upfront team is one that is characterised by remarkable diligence and yet, incredible warmth. When I first encountered this enterprise, I felt that there was unforgettable mismatch between the office and the team. One would think that because the office environment seems to be so beautifully minimalistic and snazzy, the people from Upfront Models would be inaccessible. However, the director and his team exuded immense warmth and acceptance to everyone that I will never forget. :)
