Really friendly and fun atmosphere. Very family-like. Everyone is sweet and lovely. Everyone loves what they do and enjoys working. The people are caring and make you feel very welcomed. Everyone has a very good attitude towards work. People are passionate, goal-driven and hard-working. Love this agency.

Unfortunately, my experience with Basic Model was marred by instances of discrimination. Despite their claims of equality and inclusion, I encountered various forms of bias during my interactions. This included unequal treatment based on race, gender, or other personal characteristics. It's disheartening to see such behavior persist in today's society, and I hope that Basic Model takes concrete steps to address and eradicate discrimination within their establishment.

My photography journey basically grew up with Basic models. The models are really well.trained by their head Booker, miss Bonita, who really taught them well with punctuality,manners as well as way of presenting themselves. They are one local model agency that has grew up strong and most of the models are based in Singapore itself. To.many years to come !!

An awesome agency run by genuine and dedicated people who truly care about their clients and the models they manage. You'll always get 101% from Bonita and her team. Highly recommended!

Even though I haven't been with Basic for very long, I feel like I've been welcomed very nicely, the agents are great and really look out for the best in you and the other models are so nice! Definetly the best agency :)
