The Ark Event Space

I held a one day workshop at the Ark Space recently and it was just a superb location. The event space itself has great acoustics, they can modify the layout to suit your requirements. For one day workshops the location is surrounded by great food outlets for all tastes. Finally the Ark team are just next level, nothing is too much trouble. I will be using the space several times in 2026.

Great space to hold an event. The decor and ambiance is inviting. Seats up to 80 guests, with table and chairs arranged according to preference. They also offer a bartender (separate charge), which is a nice touch. The event space manager, Jermaine, is friendly and easy to talk to / liaise with. anytime i had a request/ query, i could just drop her a text and she would reply with recommendations too. there is also a 7-11 right below which is perfect for last minute purchases like extra ice / tissue / party essentials The con is that the space is on the first floor and you would need to carry

We held a company dinner to the Ark Event Space recently and the venue is astounding. The place is well decorated and is suitable for any event. The venue can give an atmosphere of elegance and modesty - a quality which conveys a sense of refinement. The venue is effortlessly gorgeous and very accessible! The event coordinator is very accommodating and she makes sure that the organization’s (host and guest) plan is executed correctly. A wonderful place to have your small/mid sized events! I decided on a whim to have a birthday party for my son’s first birthday and Jermaine was able to guide me through the planning and accommodate many of my (often last minute) requests. They’re flexible in catering towards your needs and are super helpful in helping you source everything from catering to decor. I barely did any work at all as they helped with sourcing and speaking to almost all the vendors and they were always quick to lend helpful suggestions as and when needed. We have organized our first ever Gala Dinner, Blue Spoon Home Cooks, Chefs and Bakers Community. The venue is excellent, the photos show, cozy, classy, well equipped, audio was great, plenty of parking and easy to locate with plenty of shelf space for product display. What you do not see is the soul of the business where Jermaine and team is kind and generous enough to support us a non-profit group by letting us have the Saturday on a Halloween weekend, a super peak! I will recommend The Ark Event Space any time to those who want to have an impactful event!
