Just attended The Boyz Concert on 7th September 2024, and the experience was TRAUMATIZING. I REALLY CANNOT ACCEPT THE FACT THAT WE (ZONE B) got a totally different layout from what you promoted—total scam! The staff didn’t even check queue numbers properly. Event is badly planned with inconsiderate arrangement for VIP ticket buyers. 1. Event held in Zepp with no proper entrance instruction and queue segregation based on Zone 2. Merchandise counter should be placed at the entrance before the queue, not the entrance of the hall. People who went to buy merchandise will need to re-queue due to that 3. i was very disappointed with the boyz concert due to a “brief interruption” that made the concert end early. it was clear that there was no proper plan for such issues, and it was frustrating to see the boyz having to handle and apologize for the situation. i took back my 5-star review when i saw how poorly the event was managed and the lack of support from the organizer. the whole experience felt unprofessional and left me questioning the event’s organisation.
