They do not give refund when concerts are cancelled. Please be wary. Better buy from another organiser. I’ve been trying for weeks but you dont get a reply from email, no one picks up the call, no reply on social media. Nothing. Avoid.

Requested refund for my ticket but didn't receive the full price of payment made. Understand that they exclude the ticket fee, processing fee and service charges for refund, but the amount deducted is still higher. Overall, the service is bad! For the sake of reviewing this, I need to rate 1 star. Ikutkan hati, takde star pun.

This review is for a few things : 1) charging full price for infants below the age of 1 ( who arent taking their own seat) for the Disney on Ice Malaysia show. to put in perspective - the same show is free for kids below 2 in Canada and the UK. 2) ignoring to reply my messages , emails and faceook post regarding the matter - but still finding the time to send an endless stream of marketing emails about the event. 3) Disney on Ice clearly states in the FAQ that infant pricing is determined by the local organisers - that means this was 100% your decision. Terrible organiser! We queue at 4pm only manage to go in at 8pm, no event crew assist on the queue all was busy selling mineral water inside which cost rm5, end up everyone were cutting queue, so unfair for us who reach earlier to queue!
