Terrible experience – would never recommend Nafoura to anyone! We had an akikah event for my nephew on 26/4/2025, and it was one of the most disappointing vendor experiences we’ve ever had. The event was scheduled to start at 6pm, and we were told the previous booking/event would end at 4pm. We had already paid and agreed on the timing, so we trusted that the team would be efficient enough to clean and prep the hall in the two-hour window. Cant this place actually update their location in google? So many people cant find this place cause its written at LG in google, meanwhile there’s no even LG at the lift. Like a puzzle just to come here

My friend had her son’s aqiqah here. Service was bad, didnt take accountability after causing guests to wait out eventhough already set the timing of event should start at 6pm. The hall was underwhelming, looks like it was clean in a rush before starting the event.

My family had a very bad experience. My brother had their aqiqah ceremony here. We made an agreement to start the ceremony at 6pm until 10pm but they didn't clean up the hall from the previous event until it was 7pm. All our guest had to wait outside. So unacceptable.

Service was bad. Management was worse. When reported an issue, the staff were incredibly rude and didn’t help at all. No professionalism, no accountability. Just plain rude and unreliable. Do better.
