Fell in love with their work at one of the weddings at JW Marriott one year ago and decided to engage them for my wedding as well and the outcome was super nice 😍 I only told them the kind of style and colours I like and left it entirely to them to design and they delivered! The actual outcome was even more stunning than the design itself in my opinion 😍 I also engaged them very last minute for my tea ceremony deco and the outcome was beautiful as well!!

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable team of planners. We approached them on 2 separate occassions - 1 for a wedding and 1 for a birthday. In both instances, they were given 2-3 months notice of the event and we went through rounds of discussions, but they chose to back out of the event less than 1 month prior to the date with no apparent reason. Furthermore, they would go uncontactable at times and would only respond after a few chasers over many days. I would not recommend them to anyone who would like a hassle free and well organised wedding. If you do proceed with them, be prepared to

Alice, Diana and the team have been amazing to work with and they’ve put my vision to life for my wedding. Toby their photographer is also amazing with all the beautiful shots of the set up. So glad I went with them for my deco! Thank you team once again!

I got to know this event planner via Instagram iHeartParty.com.my and honestly speaking, it was one of the best decision ever to choose them as my birthday party planner. I spoke to Alice on my ideas and she happily drew out layouts and provides professional suggestions from name list, table top till the whole restaurant layout. A major thank you to iHeart for the amazing decorative work they did for my wedding two weeks ago! The ideation process to the execution were flawless and though there were a few mini hiccups along the way (as with all major events), iHeart was always responsive and ready to suggest alternatives and solutions which were very helpful. To add to that, both Alice and Diana are very friendly which makes the entire planning process a very fun and enjoyable one. Thank you for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime iHeart!
