I attended the Ella concert at Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil and had a very disappointing experience with the security management. According to the official event guidelines, power banks sized 5x5 were allowed. However, my power bank (within the permitted size) was confiscated at the entrance without proper explanation. No receipt, tag, or documentation was issued when the item was taken. After the concert, I was informed that confiscated items may be disposed of and that the security team would not be responsible if the item was missing. 5 oclock door open 6 pm still waiting ... No point in having so many rules when you cant even open door on time .. I am ok with doors open at 7 or 8 and concert start at 8 .....unfortunately i will think twice before i support another event organised by you ..there are young people and old people ....crowd control announcements no microphone

The crew, engineers and manager were very patient with the recording and always have suggestion on how to make the end result better. Excellent work! The equipment is also impressive, the studio is beautiful, lighting and LED screen was on point. They went above and beyond, very professional when handling our team during the shoot. Thank you!
