the worst place to go for your web management, hosting and domain renewal services. unfortunately subscribed to them a decade ago and despite our loyalty, their response have been so slow and terrible follow ups. had to reach out to account manager directly and send multiple chasers, then only the support ticket will be picked up. even to get our own company credentials, support team doesn't know and unable to point us to the right direction. frustrating and terrible experience
