The product is fine, but services is BIG NO NO! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I signed contact because last time they are one of the recommended gateway providers. But just a few months with them, issues are dealt slowly, slow response and their customer service sound arrogant. They are only energetic when come to money. My advise: Use QR payment, E-wallet link, Digital bank instead, even WISE. Or consider other providers. Stay away.

I had an issue of money going missing during a transfer where an error came up from their gateway. They try to fob off and refuse to take responsibility when the error can clearly be seen. Modified review After several emails, they managed to sort it out only after I pushed with effort further. So, it shows that there is customer support but not evident in the first line. Moving forward the first line customer service team should be trained to investigate further when a customer complains about an issue and not give standard unhelpful answers.

ipay88 is a well-known payment gateway provider and I have been using their services for over 5 years. The reason I continue to use it is because of their customer service. Understand that there are many providers that offer the same service in a much cheaper price. But they accommodated my request quickly and did a great job. That's the only thing I'm looking for. Especially One of their support Jacky Yap.
