The most terrible seller I came across in Shopee... Terrible services by them... Disgracing the brand "Philips" Lighting products... Philips should strike them off from becoming the official online store. Shall write in to Philips to lodge a complaint against them Ordered on 6 Jun 2021 and they only posted out on the 17 Jun... Even after I instructed them not to post as I'd already submitted for cancellation, they still stupidly posted it. From the reviews, really bad services experienced by other buyers. *Ref Order No. 210606JTC5NM3J

Becareful when buying from them @philipsligthing.os in shopee or lazada or you will go thru a hell of bad services. go thru the bad reviews 1st... but better dont waste your time reading the reviews, just skip this so-called "Official Store"... a disgrace to Philips Lighting's Brand

Purchased a few items from Shopee and Lazada from this platform. So far not bad delivery timing, with good and secure packaging. I'm a repeat customer as long as I need the products.
