One of the main reason that i love their platform, it is extremely user friendly, imagine a non-tech person like me to be able to use their platform with zero struggles. After all, their amazing customer support team is something that i would love to mention, the efficiency, friendliness and they are extremely patient when it comes to teaching a non tech person like me when i face any difficulties. Keep up the good work!

I am using Webshaper to manage my clients' ecommerce marketplaces. It save me a lot of time to manage all the posting to so many marketplaces, the list is continue growing. The best part is WebShaper has a great support team, the response / reply with proposed solution within a very short time. Keep up the good work. Looking forwards to integrate to oversea marketplaces.

Website always down and customer service not able to root cause the error. They always feedback it's customer side problem without debug on the problem. Lately they even take out the shopee sync service without notify customer. Without local marketplace sync capabilities, webshaper has nothing worth to subscribe it's service. Very disappointed with local ecomerce service. unprofessional and and lack of technical skill. Don't waste your money with this lousy service
