I found this company online while searching for one that handles upgrade of Drupal 7 to 10. Company said it has experience with that and quoted S$400 for the upgrade. Upgrade was smooth thanks to the Innomedia fixing many problems from my webhost Vodien (avoid them). My website has 15K+ nodes, 60K+ images and it took around 3 weeks to complete. I am definitely satisfied with their service, and will definitely go back to them in the future if I need help again.
