Very English styled condo, it’s Low rise and Low density with only 268 units. Most of the units are large and spacious by today’s standards from 915-2110 Sqft, parking is in the basement and facilities include an swimming pool with jacuzzi, barbecue pits, tennis court and children’s playground. Walking distance to Tanah Merah MRT station which is about 7-10mins walk.

My son and his family stays at Stratford . It is a beautiful condo with a lovely playground and a nice swimming pool.My grandchildren are very happy in Stratford court

One of the more dated condominiums around, but definitely relatively well maintained. The carpark is hell to manouvre through though, especially for those who are not as comfortable with their cars. If not, just cab in and out!

The condominium is a classic English Regent Style architecture. Houses 268 units characterised by sloping tile roofs, open balconies and a mix of units (2 bedroom to 4 bedroom) across pool facing and garden area. The developer First Capital Corporation completed this in the Year 1998 as part of their project in District 16. The place has an aura especially with its colonial architecture. Most of the amenities are in the proximity(Bedok mall, Bedok Simpang).
