Initially, we've very excited by their promise of unlimited revisions. But after 6 back-and-forths, I realized the designer wasn’t actually listening. I kept asking for something minimalist and modern, but they kept giving me loud, outdated designs that looked like clipart. I even sent samples, but nothing improved. After a month of wasted time, I gave up. Worst part? They refused a partial refund, saying “design is subjective.” Not professional at all. If you want a smooth design process with clear communication, look elsewhere!
