Very good graphic design company especially Ms Serene and Ms fatin very attentive to customer's need

Disappointed with the service 😒my company signage was made wrongly with invoice stated glossy finish… when I open to install I knew something wrong so i notified them… they admitted production made a mistake… I requested them to pick up at my shop and use back the backing … But when the signage ready … they bill customer Rm28 transport fee!! I called them and ask why customer have to pay for their Mistake! And the boss insisted we have to pay! I wrote this review to voice out the unfairness towards customers. I strongly not recommend this company!

I always order printing item such as calendar..All their product design was up to date and modern.. Their staff also friendly and so helpfull and always meet their dateline on time.. Will always continue order with this company..good job
