Signed up for their Google Ads and other marketing package to help promote my business online. Unfortunately, I didn’t get what I paid for. My ads were running for months with little to no optimization, and the team barely responded to emails. They kept saying “everything is working fine,” but my website analytics showed the opposite high clicks, zero conversions. It’s clear they didn’t monitor my campaigns closely. After switching to a different company, I finally started getting real inquiries. Definitely not worth the price here

I paid few hundred ringgit, but the designer only changed font styles and colours for each revision. Nothing original. I felt like I was doing their job for them by giving design ideas
