Overall, the Brandripe portal is easy to use, and the project manager is friendly and responsive to our requests. The designer was accommodating and worked well with our needs. However, sometimes the process requires very detailed guidance to ensure things are done as you envision. If you already have a clear concept, this service could be a great fit for you. I've been working with Brandripe on my projects almost daily for about a month, and it's been great. My account manager was very dependable and always got to the core of the brief. I got to work with various designers on the projects, and it was amazing to see how my content work comes to life in visuals. I’ve subscribed to Brandripe for almost a year now, and the overall experience has been fantastic! My account manager, Zak, is very responsive and helpful. The designers are also professional. Great solution for an agency business owner like myself! At a fixed price (which is pretty affordable), we get access to multiple visual options and multiple designers who are pros at certain design styles. The account managers are very responsive and often give us updates on the project timeline. This is an amazing business solution as I do not have to hire and manage a full-time design team. Only drawback is the designs can take a while to finalize, so it's not really unlimited designs within a month.
