I engaged with them last year and the experience was very bad. First, the cost that they charged was higher than other digital marketing firm. For example, designing website costs RM2000 but they charged RM6000+ with ordinary design. Another example is that service fee costs RM500 outside but they charged me RM2000+. Second bad experience is that they even forgot to charge me website server fee (RM1000+) after they issued the first invoice.
